Terms & Conditions

ALL ORDERS

On recieving your order it will be

processed which could take up to THREE working days if stock is available.

If stock is unavailable in store then your order will be dispatched directly from our suppliers

as soon as possible subject to availablity.

Payment will not be taken from your
 
account until your item/items is ready to be dispatched

in which full reciept of payment is recieved and your order will be dispatched.

If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us

confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and

does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your

order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify

you as soon as possible where you will have the option of waiting for stock or choosing an alternative.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via most major credit / debit cards excluding American Express via our secure online ordering

system on our website or over the telephone

by calling 0117 940 5555 We will only post out to the card holders registered address

PLEASE NOTE

All helmets are non returnable due to being a safety item, but are covered under manafacturers warranty.
